Gratuities

Our guides work hard to provide the best experience possible for your group! Gratuities are not included in the cost of the tour. While optional, our guides are happy to receive a cash gratuity on the tour, or for your convenience we can also add the gratuity onto your invoice.  A suggested minimum 10% gratuity is recommended, but totally at your discretion.

Cancellations

Our public tours require a minimum of 3 beer lovers to run and it doesn’t happen often that we cancel. If do have to though, we'll contact you at least 24 hours before your tour with options (reschedule to another date or full refund) so please make sure you give us the best way to contact you by phone and email.

As a participant on this brewery tour, you understand:

• that alcohol will be consumed and that you are over the legal drinking age of 19.
• that you are responsible for your behaviour and agree to conduct yourself in a respectful manner towards BrewCycle Tour Staff, other guests, and all tour partners.
• BrewCycle Tours has the right to refuse service to customers who violate this code of conduct at any point while on tour.
• Intoxication will not be tolerated as you are operating a motor vehicle. Any guest that appears to be intoxicated will be removed from the tour immediately without refund.

Waiver

You agree and understand that by registering with BrewCycle Tours you waive all claims of liability against BrewCycle Tours and the partner organizations involved in the tour. This includes the owners, tour guides, employees and staff of BrewCycle Tours and any brewery visited on tour. 

Our role is limited to arranging tours and providing access to partner organizations and we do not assume liability for any bodily injury, accidents, or damage and theft to personal property that may occur while on tour. You understand you willingly enter into this agreement when you purchase a reservation on this tour. You also acknowledge that while on the tour you will be riding an electric bicyle in urban traffic, engaging in walking tours of breweries, and knowingly accept any and all risks associated.
